    This position requires a well organized and cooperative individual who learns quickly and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You must be able to work a flexible schedule to support the needs of clients, building tenants, and co-workers as well as have a proven track record of being reliable and responsible.


    • Must be at least 20 years of age.
    • Must be a high school graduate (GED accepted) and provide us with a copy of your diploma and/or transcripts.
    • Must have or be willing to obtain a 20 hour training certificate.
    • Must pass a stringent pre-employment background investigation (including drug screen), demonstrating a stable work history and/or education.
    • Must disclose all criminal convictions and pending charges.
    • Must maintain a working telephone number through which we can contact you.
    • Must have reliable transportation.
    • Must have a valid Driver's License in good standing.
    • Must have no more than 2 violations on your driving record within a 2 year period (if driving a company vehicle is required as part of job duties).
    • Must wear our uniform and maintain our high standards for grooming and appearance.
    • Must have or be able to receive a PERC.
    • Ability to drive in all weather conditions and time periods.
    • Ability to follow an on-call system that may require you to work 12 – 16 hours
    • Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, based on the organization’s needs.
    • Must pass physical assessment upon hire and every 6 months thereafter.
    • Must complete the OSHA medical questionnaire for FIT testing.  This questionnaire allows for medical approval to be FIT tested for the N95 PPE masks.
    • Scheduling
    • Employee Training, Development, Disciplinary Action as necessary.
    • Client Relations
    • May be required to fill open vacancies for special details and department needs.
    • Client and buliding tenant relations.
    • Local, state and federal agency liaison.
    • Administrative assignments to include, interviewing/recruitment, billing, payroll, data entry, overtime control, etc.
    • Direct fiscal responsibility via cost effective budget management.
    • Conducting employee inspections and appraisals.
    • Policy and procedure development.
    • Conduct emergency response drills and training with all staff.
    • Customer Service to the highest level possible.


    • A Bachelor’s Degree preferred or some college coursework.
    • One year prior experience in a supervisory position.
    • Must have clear understanding of Employment Policies and Procedures.
    • Computer experience required.
    • Must have an aggressive work philosophy, strong leadership and teambuilding skills.
    • Must have excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
    • Experience with fire/life/safety programs preferred.
    • Prior exposure working with a unionized workforce.
    • Prior hospital experience an added plus
