    This position requires a well organized and cooperative individual who learns quickly and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You must be able to work a flexible schedule to support the needs of clients, building tenants, and co-workers as well as have a proven track record of being reliable and responsible.


    • Interacting with residents, visitors and client representatives in a friendly, but professional, manner.
    • Providing outstanding customer service to all residents, visitors and client representatives while adhering to company and building policies.
    • Ensuring residents and visitors follow access control procedures, according to building policy.
    • Ability to write clear, concise and thorough reports, including daily activity and incident.
    • Monitoring and recording deliveries according to building policy, including package inventory.
    • Coordinating elevators for tenant moves and deliveries.
    • Performing assigned tasks with minimal supervision.
    • Ability to stand/sit/walk for extended periods of time.
    • Ability to work in elevators.
    • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis.
    • Ability and willingness to receive cross training on all contracted posts which will assist department and client leadership during an emergency incident.


    • Must be at least 20 years of age.
    • Must be a high school graduate (GED accepted) and provide us with a copy of your diploma and/or transcripts.
    • Must have or be willing to obtain a 20-hour basic security training certification.
    • Must pass a stringent pre-employment background investigation (including drug screen), demonstrating a stable work history and/or education.
    • Must disclose all criminal convictions and pending charges.
    • Must be a cooperative team player with good oral and written communication skills.
    • Must be capable of evaluating, investigating and reporting all types of security and law enforcement incidents.
    • Must be able to withstand extended periods of walking and standing; restrain violent subjects; make physical arrests; assist in firefighting.
    • Must maintain a working telephone number through which we can contact you.
    • Must have a Valid Driver's License if placed at a driving location or facility.
    • Must have reliable transportation.
    • Must have no more than 2 violations on your driving record within a 2-year period (if driving a company vehicle is required as part of job duties).
    • Must wear our uniform and maintain our high standards for grooming and appearance.
    • Must have a valid PERC or be able to receive one.
    • Must be able to pass a required physical assessment once hired.
